Frequently Asked Questions

1. Is there any risk using my credit card to purchase online?
If you have asked this question before, you are not alone. Many people are tentative about sending their credit card number over the Internet because of all the recent national publications on computer hackers. However, the Internet is actually much more safe than sending your credit card number over the phone, or using it at your local grocery store. With new technology, security on Internet browsers are becoming so advanced that this is no longer a problem like it used to be.

2. What is your shipping/handling policy?
At Bonehead Studio, we have teamed up with UPS to provide shipping to all parts of the United States. We use only the lowest rates to send your purchase as quickly as possible. Currently, we allow our customers a number of methods to choose from: UPS Ground, Next-Day Air, 1-3 Shipping, and so on. During peak seasons, there may be minor delays in processing our customers orders. However, we usually run on the 7-day policy (customers receive shipment of their orders no more than 7 days from the time we receive your online response).

3. Who is responsible for the creation of this site?
My friend and partner, Derik Smith, is the sole creator of this site. Derik is a graduate of Ball State University and is currently a business and computer science teacher in the Evansville, Indiana area. 4. When will this site be fully functional?
We are attempting to finalize the sites production in December 2000. Because of the enormous supply of images, uploading file after file is more time consuming than we had anticipated. Thank you for your patience. Check back often, as this site is changing daily!
