Artist's Note: Something Free For Your B-Day

This is a card a drew for my sister-in-law in July 2000. She had just turned 46 and I wanted to make her something special. I guess everyone loves something free on their birthday. Somehow, this idea popped in my head. I hope you enjoy it.
